Cash for Referrals

Refer 1-3 candidates= $100 per candidate (Each candidate needs to work 80 hours)
Refer 4-9 candidates= $200 per candidate(Each candidate needs to work 160 hours)
Refer 10 candidates=$300 per candidate(Each candidate needs to work 320 hours)

Once you reach 10 candidates payout cycle starts over again (back to $100 per candidate)
