Private: Business Development Marketing Specialist Internal Position

HH Staffing Services, Sarasota’s premier boutique Staffing firm is in search of an experienced Business Development professional with strong Marketing skills. This is both a challenging and rewarding role for someone who is passionate about developing business and is tech-savvy when it comes to utilizing various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in inside/outside business development and managing marketing campaigns. Duties:

Identify, uncover and contact prospects via phone/email/in-person visits
Initiate the sales process by building relationships
Work on special Marketing projects as needed, i.e. blog writing, email blasts
Support recruiters by advertising openings via various job boards
Work with external partners to maximize effectiveness of ads
Responsible for Sales/Marketing/Advertising campaigns
Partner with Recruiters to represent HH Staffing Services at local Career Fairs
Manage advertising content of our website and HH Staffing’s various social media accounts

Requirements:

Staffing industry experience a plus
Must have the confidence, passion and drive to develop new business
Must be a motivated self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have 3-5 years of experience within Sales/Business Development/Marketing
Must be comfortable making cold-calls
Experience with client/applicant tracking databases a plus
Must be a well-rounded creative and strategic thinker who can develop ideas
Must have strong competency using Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms
College degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
Must work well as part of a team as well as independently

Location: Sarasota
Pay: 40K base plus competitive commission structure, plus year-end discretionary bonus
