Position: Concierge

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, residential, or customer service experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 

Type: Part-time; Temporary  

Schedule:  

1. Day Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm
2. Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm
3. Overnight Shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am

HH Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
2. Monitor and manage the front desk, lobby, and building entry areas.
3. Assist residents with requests, questions, deliveries, packages, and general property information.
4. Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, packages, and building activity.
5. Coordinate with maintenance, management, security, and vendors to address resident needs and requests.
6. Monitor access to the property and follow established visitor and building security procedures.
7. Receive and distribute packages and notify residents of deliveries as needed.
8. Assist with reservations for amenities, move-ins, move-outs, and other resident services.
9. Handle resident concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
10. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area.

Position Requirements:    

1. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
5. Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts as required.
