Position: Bilingual Maintenance Tech 

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $21/hour 

Experience: Previous experience completing apartment turns and preventative maintenance.

Education:  

1. EPA Certification required.
2. Electrical Certification highly preferred.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30am to 5:00PM

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Complete resident work orders and general maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliances.
3. Assist with apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents.
4. Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
5. Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs.
6. Maintain common areas, building systems, and property equipment as needed.
7. Respond to emergency maintenance situations and participate in the property's on-call rotation.
8. Follow established safety procedures and property maintenance standards.
9. Communicate effectively with residents, property management, vendors, and other maintenance team members in both English and Spanish.
10. Maintain accurate documentation of completed work orders and maintenance activities.

Position Requirements:    

1. Ability to work an On-Call rotation as needed.
2. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
3. Must be willing and available to participate in an on-call rotation.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
6. Professional communication and customer service skills.
7. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
