Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent
Location: Hialeah
Pay: $22/hour
Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm
Schedule: Day Shift
HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Greet and tour prospective residents.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases.
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records.
- Conduct market surveys and assist with marketing efforts.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable.
- Assist with resident events and retention initiatives.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
