Position: Leasing Consultant 

Location: Venice, FL

Pay: $23/hour

Experience: Previous leasing experience in the multifamily industry required 

Type: Full-time; Temporary  

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekend availability may be required) 

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet and assist prospective residents
2. Conduct property tours and present available units
3. Process applications and lease agreements
4. Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads
5. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
6. Support property management team with administrative tasks

Position Requirements:  

1. Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
2. Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
3. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
4. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
5. Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
