Apartment Maintenance Technician | $22+/hour + Weekly Pay!

Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay: $22/hour to $23/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 1 year of maintenance or related experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description:  

1. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Clean and maintain communal areas.
3. Perform ad hoc painting, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
4. Address and resolve tenants’ maintenance-related questions and complaints as they arise.
5. Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards.
6. Repair aesthetic damage following tenant move-outs.
7. Maintain and track maintenance inventory.
8. Schedule and oversee necessary repairs.

Position Requirements:    

1. 1 year of maintenance or related experience is required.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Must have reliable transportation.
