HVAC Maintenance Technician | Hiring ASAP!

Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Location: New Port Richey, FL

Pay: $24/hour

Experience: Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required.

Education: Must be HVAC certified. EPA certification is required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary (1-Month Assignment)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

HH Staffing is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

1. Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
2. Respond to work orders and complete apartment turns (make-readies)
3. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
4. Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
5. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies

Position Requirements:   

1. Proficient with hand and power tools
2. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and painting
3. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
4. Strong communication and customer service skills
5. Familiarity with maintenance tracking software and mobile work order systems
6. Understanding of OSHA guidelines and safety protocols
7. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
8. Must pass local and national background checks
9. Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
