Position: Groundskeeper

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay: $18 to $19/hour

Experience: Previous porter or groundskeeping experience

Type: Full-time; Temporary  

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm  

HH Staffing is seeking a Groundskeeper to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description: 

1. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, walkways, and amenities
2. Remove trash and debris from common areas and designated pet stations
3. Assist with light landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering
4. Support the maintenance team with general upkeep as needed
5. Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the on-site team
6. Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company standards
7. Support unit turns and general property upkeep 

Position Requirements:   

1. Ability to operate landscaping tools and outdoor equipment safely
2. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
3. Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
4. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
