Position: Groundskeeper

Locations: Sarasota, FL

Pay: $18 to $19/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

HH Staffing is seeking a Groundskeeper to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Perform daily upkeep of grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris from walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
2. Ensure proper care and maintenance of landscaping by watering, planting, mulching, and pruning shrubs or trees.
3. Remove litter, leaves, and debris to maintain cleanliness and enhance curb appeal.
4. Inspect the property for potential safety hazards, report issues, and address minor repairs as needed.
5. Assist with seasonal tasks, such as pressure washing or storm cleanup.
6. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address specific landscaping needs or requests.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to operate groundskeeping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
4. Reliable transportation to work sites.
