Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant 

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay: Up to $21/hour 

Experience:  

1. Previous multifamily/apartment leasing experience required
2. Experience with property management or leasing software preferred

Type: Full-time; Temporary  

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet prospective residents and provide professional customer service
2. Conduct apartment and community tours
3. Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents
4. Assist with rental applications, leasing paperwork, and move-in processes
5. Communicate effectively with residents and prospects in both English and Spanish
6. Assist with lease renewals and resident inquiries
7. Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
8. Utilize property management and CRM software
9. Provide general administrative and leasing office support
10. Assist onsite teams with daily leasing activities

Position Requirements:    

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish required
2. Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
3. Professional appearance and demeanor
4. Ability to quickly adapt to different apartment communities and onsite teams
5. Reliable transportation
6. Flexibility to accept short-term and temporary assignments
