Position: Leasing Agent

Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL

Pay: $21 to $22/hour 

Experience: 1 year of apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Type: Full-time; Temporary  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with the ability to work Weekends as needed 

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet and assist prospective residents by conducting property tours and showcasing community amenities.
2. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
3. Guide prospects through the leasing process, including applications, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
4. Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, floor plans, and community policies.
5. Process lease renewals and assist with resident retention initiatives.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
7. Maintain accurate resident files, leasing documentation, and reports.
8. Utilize property management software to process applications, leases, and resident information.
9. Coordinate move-ins and ensure vacant units are ready for occupancy.
10. Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach events, and occupancy goals.
11. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the leasing office, model units, and community common areas.
12. Provide exceptional customer service while resolving resident concerns professionally.

Position Requirements:   

1. Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
2. Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, or similar preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
