Position: Travel Maintenance Technician

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Pay: $24 to $26/hour

Experience:

1. Previous general maintenance experience
2. Experience in residential or commercial maintenance is preferred

Education:  

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2. EPA or HVAC Certification is required

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Travel Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
2. Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance shops, storage areas, and grounds
4. Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins by completing unit turns and inspections
5. Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues throughout the property
6. Assist with emergency maintenance calls and participate in on-call rotations as required
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local building codes
8. Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and property staff

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to travel to other locations as needed
2. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
5. Excellent customer service and communication skills
6. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
