Position: Commercial Maintenance Technician
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pay: $31 to $35/hour
Experience: Previous experience in Commercial Maintenance.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm
HH Staffing is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall maintenance of the building, utility systems, and building equipment.
- Work with HVAC contractors to make repairs, modifications, and alterations to building systems as needed.
- Replace condenser fans, contactors, capacitors, fan blowers, and condenser pumps.
- Monitor and maintain budgets while maintaining constant communication with the Property Manager.
- Handle all recordkeeping and equipment logs on a routine basis.
- Assist with and coordinate all life safety system inspections, services, and/or repairs.
- Investigate and monitor recurring customer-related calls and report them to the Maintenance Manager or Property Manager.
- Maintain tool inventory and order parts for repairs as needed.
- Assist with severe weather preparedness and response.
- Perform routine building inspections in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Position Requirements:
- Must have EPA or HVAC Certification.
- HVAC systems knowledge.
- HVAC troubleshooting, repairs and/or diagnostics skills.
